The products purchased in the GLAMHAIRSHOP store will be delivered in Europe within 3-5 days of receipt and payment of the order and in 5-8 days all over the world.
GLAMHAIRSHOP has chosen for you the best logistics partners, GLS for shipments in Europe and DHL for shipments in the rest of the world. Our shipping service allows you to track your order from departure from our warehouse to arrival at home or in the office.
To receive products quickly, we advise you to enter the address where you spend most of the day (example: the work address) or where there is a trusted person who can collect the package and a telephone number where to be able to contact you.
Despite these indications if the shipment will go into stock for any reason, the GLAMHAIRSHOP staff will contact you to provide new delivery instructions to the courier.
We inform our customers that orders received and paid by 7:30 am (Italian time zone) will be rigorously processed and shipped the same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) for orders placed and paid after 7:30 am guaranteed evasion for the next working day.
We cannot provide guarantees on delivery times as there are many variables that influence these times, many of which are not attributable to GLAMHAIRSHOP (example: strikes, weather conditions, special holidays, etc.). So if these times are not guaranteed, the customer cannot request compensation for damages.
For all deliveries outside the country the cost will depend on the destination and weight of the goods. In any case, the cost of shipping will be displayed on the cart page before confirming the order.
